Building an Effective CEO - Chair Partnership

A good CEO/Chair relationship brings out the best in one another, enhancing the work of both the executive and the board. We’ll explore their different functions, and best practise to ensure a productive, rewarding and successful partnership. We’ll also touch on what to do if the relationship begins to sour.
