The True Colours Trust UK Small Grants Fund
Funding amount and term: up to £10,000.
UK Small Grants fund: to support disabled children and children (0 to 25 years) with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Funding for: improving access to children's palliative care and enabling disabled children and young people to live their lives to the full.
Who can apply: registered charitable organisations and CICs delivering projects in the UK whose annual income is less than £350,000.
Funding priorities: applications from organisations which operate in areas of high deprivation. Medicines, equipment for palliative care, transport, data or mobile technology, and bereavement support. Training for care workers, food for palliative care patients, home-based palliative care, psychosocial or spiritual support for patients and their families, rehabilitation, Core costs (up to a maximum of £750 per application).
