Changes to Membership

Is your organisation a member of Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance?

Membership is changing...

From January 2026, we'll be introducing a small booking fee for our training and events. This is due to high numbers of those booking on not turning up or letting us know in advance (which means we can't offer the place to someone else... even when the course is fully-booked, catered and there's a waiting list). We're not 100% sure, but we think this might be because they're currently free, so there isn't the same need to "commit" when booking.

The good news... if your organisation is a member, you’ll be able to select the "member booking" option and avoid the booking fee!

Members also receive:
- a free listing in our Member Directory
- our regular mailings
- the opportunity to be featured in our communications

And from January 2026 will also receive:
- access to the new Member Area of our website containing discussion boards and classified ads
- a listing on our new Member Map (which you can personalise)

In return for *all* this, we'll be asking our members (existing and new) to complete an "Annual Return" to us. This provides us with some information about your organisation, ensuring our records remain up-to-date and to help inform our reports and insights. We'll be in touch shortly if you haven't heard from us already.
