Local Government Reorganisation for VCSE organisations webinar resources

On Wednesday 28th January 2026, Matt Lennard, CEO of Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance hosted a panel discussion on the topic of Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) for Gloucestershire’s VCSE sector. The panel consisted of:

  • Jo Walker (Chief Executive, Gloucestershire County Council)

  • Lisa Spivey (Leader of the Council, Gloucestershire County Council)

  • Siobhan Farmer (Director of Public Health, Gloucestershire County Council)

  • Jane Portman (Chief Executive, Cotswold District Council)

  • Jon McGinty (MD, Gloucester City Council)

Attendees received a briefing on progress to date and next steps, with a Q&A session to follow.
