Our First Cohort of Inclusion Allies Graduates — A Milestone for Gloucestershire’s VCSE Sector

We are delighted to announce that our first cohort of 50 Inclusion Allies has now completed the Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance Inclusion Allies Programme.

These dedicated individuals, drawn from across the county’s charities, community groups and social enterprises, have developed new knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to embed equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB) into their organisations and across the sector. Their graduation marks a significant step forward towards a stronger, fairer, and more equitable VCSE sector in Gloucestershire.

This network of trained Inclusion Allies will help to:

  • Promote inclusive practice in organisations, volunteer programmes, and community services

  • Improve access and representation of under- represented communities

  • Shape a culture of belonging across VCSE organisations.

Our next cohort begins in March 2026.
