Chairing your Charity Board

Strong relationships and effective dynamics between trustees are key to a board that delivers for your charity. This session is designed to help Chairs and prospective Chairs understand their critical role in providing leadership, direction, and support to bring out the best in their board.

Through discussion, case studies, and peer learning, you’ll explore how to:

  • Foster positive board dynamics and collaboration

  • Lead meetings that are purposeful and effective

  • Support trustees to contribute fully and confidently

  • Enhance your board’s overall impact on the charity
