Inclusive Decision Making

  • Gloucester Growth Hub Oxstalls Lane Gloucester, England, GL2 9HW United Kingdom (map)

Join us for a practical session designed for people who lead every day while juggling limited time, tight budgets, and real community needs. Together, we will look at how understanding ourselves, listening well and creating space for different voices can lead to stronger ideas, better teamwork and more confident decision making.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, you will:

  • Discover

• What inclusive decision making looks like in practice.

• Why self-awareness is an essential part of effective leadership at any level.

  • Explore

• How to involve people early, communicate clearly and make sure quieter voices are heard.

• Straight forward tools that support more balanced discussions and improve team thinking.

  • Grow

• Practical ways to bring more people into decisions, even when time and resources are limited.

• How to build inclusivity into everyday work so they become part of business as usual.

Outcomes

You will leave able to:

• Make decisions that are clearer, fairer and easier to understand.

• Lead with a better awareness of how your behaviour and communication affect others.

• Draw out ideas from the whole team, not just those who speak first or loudest.

• Work more closely with colleagues, volunteers and communities to shape solutions together.
