What You Will Learn

In this interactive and informative session, you will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of managing organisational change using Kotter’s 8-step model and explore the psychology behind successful transformation

  • Recognise and respond to the emotional impact of change on individuals and teams through the change curve framework

  • Develop practical strategies to identify, address, and overcome common barriers, challenges, and resistance during periods of transition

  • Apply Bridges’ model to manage transitions effectively, fostering smoother adaptation and greater resilience among staff

  • Build confidence in navigating difficult conversations with empathy, clarity, and positive outcomes
