A highly practical workshop focused on embedding intersectional thinking into everyday organisational practice.
Covering:
Common barriers faced by people with intersecting identities
Reviewing policies and services through an intersectional lens
Intersectionality in recruitment, engagement and communications
Inclusive data collection and consultation
Case studies and scenario-based discussions
Creating realistic organisational actions
This course is fully funded for Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance members
And is subsidised for non-member VCSE organisations.
To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per member organisation. Please note we are unable to accept multiple bookings in one name. If you would like to book more than two spaces, please email bookings@glosalliance.org.uk and we will aim to accommodate individual needs where possible.
