Measuring Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) is vital for VCSE organisations to meet funder expectations and support growth. This session introduces practical tools and methods to define, measure, and report EDIB impact using both data and lived experience. Participants will learn how to apply inclusive approaches and turn insights into meaningful actions for lasting change.
By the end of the course, participants will:
Understand the purpose of measuring EDIB
Know different ways to define and measure EDIB impact
Learn practical tools and methods
Develop the ability to analyse and report EDIB outcomes
Plan for ongoing EDIB improvement
Learning Outcomes (what participants will be able to do)
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
Explain why measuring EDIB impact is essential for their organisation and the sector.
Identify at least three appropriate EDIB indicators for their organisation’s size and context.
Apply one data collection method that includes marginalised voices fairly and ethically.
Interpret EDIB data and translate it into meaningful action points for improvement.
Plan a simple draft plan to measure, monitor, and report EDIB impact in their own organisation.
Tea and coffee will be provided.
This course is fully funded for VCSE groups & organisations delivering services in Gloucestershire.

To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per organisation. Please note we only accept bookings from individuals attending the course and we are unable to accept multiple bookings in one name.
