This engaging training session explores how Trauma Informed Approaches can strengthen leadership, workplace culture, and workforce wellbeing
Participants will develop an understanding of trauma informed leadership principles and examine how leadership behaviours, communication styles, and organisational systems influence staff safety, trust, and performance.
The course will explore the impact of stress and trauma within the workforce, helping leaders recognise signs of dysregulation and respond in supportive and effective ways. Participants will also consider practical approaches to embedding trauma informed values into day-to-day leadership, decision making, policies, and organisational culture.
Suitable for managers, leaders, supervisors, and trustees across health, education, social care, public sector, and VCSE organisations.
