Future Leaders Pathway Programme

The Future Leaders Pathway Programme is a leadership development course for people working in Gloucestershire’s VCSE sector who are beginning to step into leadership role or influence change.

Delivered by Lucy, founder of Inclusive Change at Work C.I.C, each cohort has just fifteen participants to facilitate peer learning and to create a network which our Future Leaders can rely on after the programme completes.

Our first cohort graduated on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
