Funding amount and term: grants of up to £600.
Funding for: supporting older people living on low incomes in England and Wales who are of or over the state pension age.
Who can apply: charities, local authorities, housing associations, community organisations, information, advice and guidance providers, as well as social services representatives can refer individuals who need support.
Funding priorities: as above.
Any other information: grants can go towards a new fridge, paying unexpected bills, obtaining food and clothing, or covering gas and electricity costs.
