Prehabilitation and Physical Activity Funding Call - SWAG Cancer Alliance
The SWAG (Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon and Gloucestershire) Cancer Alliance is inviting applications for one-off funding to support innovative projects that improve population health outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
Projects should focus on one or more of the following priorities:
Expansion, continuation or implementation of Prehabilitation using a neighbourhood model of delivery
Increasing the promotion of Physical Activity and Behaviour Change conversations
This funding opportunity aims to support organisations and teams to develop, enhance and scale initiatives that empower people to improve their health and wellbeing within local communities.

Funding of up to £25,000 per application is available.
