Responsible Use of AI Statement

Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance is committed to the responsible and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

We may use AI tools to support activities such as drafting communications, summarising information, research, and improving administrative efficiency. AI is used as a support tool only and never replaces human judgement or organisational decision-making.

All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by staff before being used or shared externally. We take steps to ensure information is accurate, appropriate, and aligned with our organisational values.

We do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into AI systems unless appropriate safeguards are in place and this complies with UK data protection legislation.

Our use of AI is guided by principles of transparency, accountability, fairness, and respect for privacy.

We regularly review our approach as technologies and best practice evolve.
