Action Learning Set Facilitator Training
Develop the skills and confidence to facilitate impactful Action Learning Sets that support reflection, problem-solving and peer learning.
This practical training course introduces the principles and practice of Action Learning and prepares participants to facilitate their own sets effectively. You will learn how to create a supportive learning environment, ask powerful questions, manage group dynamics and help participants reflect on real challenges in a structured and productive way.
Through interactive exercises and practice facilitation, the course builds your ability to guide groups through the Action Learning process while maintaining focus, trust and accountability.
Ideal for managers, coaches, trainers, and anyone supporting professional or organisational development, this course will equip you with the tools to run Action Learning Sets that lead to meaningful insight, action and change.
The session is provided by the wonderful Anne Brinkhoff Ltd, who is currently providing Action Learning Sets for Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance.
Tea and coffee will be provided, please bring your own lunch.
About the venue
The session will take place at the Oxstalls Campus, University of Gloucestershire on the 1st floor of the Business School. This is the modern building at the far end of the car park to the right.
Parking is available on site, which can be paid for with cash, card or via the JustPark app.

To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per organisation. If you would like to book more than two spaces, please email bookings@glosalliance.org.uk and we will aim to accomodate individual needs where possible.
Our courses are often oversubscribed and we therefore have a waiting list system in place for each course. If this course is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waiting list and we will let you know as soon as a place becomes available.
