EDI(B) Survey Report 2025
This report combines quantitative and qualitative survey findings from Gloucestershire VCSE organisations to examine workforce demographics, EDIB data collection practices, leadership culture, discrimination experiences, confidence in inclusion discussions, organisational strengths, and ongoing challenges.
The survey captures responses from 104 leadership teams and 118 workforce participants from different VCSE organisations, providing both statistical insight and narrative depth. Where themes overlap, particularly around leadership and inclusion culture, the report integrates leadership self-assessment alongside staff lived experience to identify areas of alignment and disparity.
