AI for Everyone

Learn what AI is, where it is used, its limits, and how to use AI tools safely and effectively for everyday tasks.

Learn what AI is, where it is used, its limits, and how to use AI tools safely and effectively for everyday tasks.

This webinar, delivered by Ian McLintock from Charity Excellence Framework is designed to give you a clear, practical understanding of AI. You’ll learn what AI is, what it can (and can’t) do, and how to use AI tools effectively in everyday tasks at work and at home. No technical background is required.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • Explain what AI is in simple, clear terms

  • Recognise where AI is already used in your daily life

  • Understand the limits of AI and why it sometimes gets things wrong

  • Use AI tools safely, responsibly, and effectively

Whether you’re curious about AI or want to feel more confident using it, this session will give you the knowledge and practical insight you need to get started.
