A practical session on how to structure your budgets in ways that genuinely support your funding applications – including how to present costs, match funding and overhead recovery in ways funders respond well to and that support core cost funding.

Deb Potts supports charities and social enterprises grow through practical fundraising, strategy and business development. With 30 years of hands-on experience, she brings a track record of growing organisations and delivering real change.
