Developing a Business Plan in a Day

  • University of Gloucestershire Oxstalls Lane Gloucester, England, GL2 9HW United Kingdom (map)

Business plans serve as a strategic road map, guiding a business from concept to growth while helping secure funding, manage resources, and measure performance. This session will support you to build a business plan for your organisation, working alongside your team or board (you can bring up to two people with you).

By the end of the day you'll have a short, punchy strategic plan that's genuinely usable: one that can drive your delivery priorities, shape your budget, and underpin your fundraising.

Please note:

You can bring up to two members of your team or board with you

Come with a laptop and access to an AI platform if possible
