Workshop: Developing enhanced specialised Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) & Eating Disorder support for Children and Young People
in partnership with
Gloucestershire Health and Care (GHC)
This workshop will introduce an exciting new project focused on developing enhanced specialised Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Eating Disorder support for children and young people, with a strong ambition to enable more care to be delivered closer to home in Gloucestershire. This piece of work is being led by Gloucestershire Health and Care (GHC) who want significant input into the service design from the VCSE.
A key part of this programme is working in partnership with the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to co‑produce a new model of care. We all know that VCSE organisations bring vital expertise, creativity and trusted approaches that can make a meaningful difference to young people and families. Therefore the voice and innovation the VCSE can bring to this work will be vital for its success.
Join us online for an interactive workshop focused on exploring innovative and therapeutic interventions that could complement clinical care, such as (but not limited to):
Arts and creative therapies
Music-based approaches
Animal-assisted therapies
Nature-based and outdoor interventions
Peer and community-led support models
