Create a healthier, happier, and more productive workplace with ABL Health’s Workplace Wellbeing Training.

This practical and engaging course is designed to help organisations improve employee wellbeing, support positive mental health, and build a strong workplace culture. Delivered by experienced wellbeing professionals, the training provides practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately within the workplace.

Ideal for managers, HR teams and wellbeing champions this interactive session covers key topics including:

  • Workplace wellbeing and healthy lifestyles

  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing

  • Stress management and resilience

  • Behaviour change and motivation

  • Employee engagement and communication

  • Creating a positive workplace culture

  • Healthy Workplace Award awareness

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Recognise factors affecting employee health and wellbeing

  • Promote healthy lifestyle choices within the workplace

Important information

This course is fully funded for VCSE groups & organisations delivering services in Gloucestershire. To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per organisation.

Please note we only accept bookings from individuals attending the course and we are unable to accept multiple bookings in one name. If you would like to book more than two spaces, please email bookings@glosalliance.org.uk and we will aim to accommodate individual needs where possible.

Our events are often over-subscribed and we will activate our wait list process if this happens. We advise anyone interested in booking a place to book asap.
