Writing a Meaningful Reserves Policy

In an increasingly competitive funding environment, funders look carefully at reserves – too much can count against you just as much as too little.

Many organisations are working from off-the-shelf policies that no one has really engaged with. This session gives you the context to understand what a reserves policy should actually do, and the time and support to get one written that reflects your organisation.

A good reserves policy gives confidence to stakeholders that the charity’s finances are being properly managed and will also provide an indicator of future funding needs and its overall resilience.

Find out more about reserves policies and how to create one that fits your organisation in this 45-minute webinar with DP Consulting.
