Donor Relationship Building

This webinar explores how to use practical marketing techniques to nurture your donors to become lifelong supporters.

What makes a donor give more than once? How can you ensure you are always on their mind? Will they be leaving you a gift in their Will? These questions are the backbone of donor stewardship for charities. This webinar explores how to use practical marketing techniques to nurture your donors to become lifelong supporters, to give more, and to do more to support your charity.

Attendees will learn how to create compelling stories, communicate impact effectively, and use strategic engagement to nurture trust and encourage ongoing giving. It is delivered by Victoria Petkovic-Short, Managing Director of apt marketing & pr, a strategic communications agency that exists to #AmplifyImpact for purpose-led brands and charities. Victoria has extensive third-sector experience, supporting charities to boost donations across every stage of their donor lifecycle.
