Inclusive Communities: Understanding, Access, Impact

This webinar will help VCSE organisations create more inclusive communications and digital experiences.

We’ll explore how to understand different audience needs, reduce barriers to engagement and build stronger connections with the communities they support.


Participants will:

  • Understand what inclusion means in a VCSE context

  • Recognise common barriers that may affect access and engagement

  • Learn how language, imagery and accessibility shape audience experience

  • Explore ways to create more welcoming digital content

  • Leave with practical steps to make inclusion part of everyday communications

This course is fully funded for Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance members

And is subsidised for non-member VCSE organisations.

To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per member organisation. Please note we are unable to accept multiple bookings in one name. If you would like to book more than two spaces, please email bookings@glosalliance.org.uk and we will aim to accommodate individual needs where possible.

Our events are often oversubscribed, and we will activate our waiting list process if this happens. We advise anyone interested in booking a place to book asap.
