EDIB Essentials

Join us for this engaging one-hour webinar introducing the core principles of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB)

Find out about the key concepts behind Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) and their importance within workplaces, organisations and communities.

This interactive session is designed to build awareness, confidence, and understanding of inclusive practices and behaviours.

Participants will explore how unconscious bias, communication, and everyday actions can influence people’s experiences and sense of belonging.

The webinar will provide practical tools and real-life examples to help individuals create more respectful, welcoming, and inclusive environments for colleagues, volunteers, and communities.

Suitable for staff, volunteers, managers, and individuals across the public, private, and VCSE sectors, this session is ideal for anyone looking to strengthen their understanding of EDIB and improve inclusive practice within their role.
