Many not‑for‑profits inherit buildings, sign leases under pressure, or operate from premises they don’t fully control.

This webinar breaks down the essentials: what a lease really is, which clauses matter most, how to spot risks, and how to plan ahead for critical dates such as rent reviews, break clauses, and lease expiry.

This course is fully funded for Gloucestershire VCSE Alliance members

And is subsidised for non-member VCSE organisations.

To enable as many groups & organisations to access this course, we limit bookings to two per member organisation. Please note we are unable to accept multiple bookings in one name.
