This session provides a practical employment law update tailored specifically for charities, trustees and senior staff.
Employment law continues to evolve, and charities face particular challenges in keeping up with change while balancing limited resources, reliance on volunteers, and the need to act in line with their charitable ethos.
The session will highlight recent and upcoming employment law developments relevant to charity employers, explain what those changes mean in practice, and flag areas of increased risk. It will also explore common employment law issues charities encounter.
The focus will be on practical compliance and risk management, rather than legal technicalities, helping attendees understand their responsibilities and take appropriate action. The webinar will conclude with guidance on when to seek specialist advice and how early intervention can help charities avoid disputes and protect their reputation.
